Terms of service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wear Your Heart website (wyheart.com) and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Eligibility
To place an order on our website, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are between 13 and 17
- Provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence
3. Our Products
Wear Your Heart designs and sells Christian streetwear apparel, accessories, and digital music downloads. Our apparel and accessories include hoodies, t-shirts, caps, beanies, joggers, tote bags, mugs and stationery, with scripture embroidered on hero pieces and quality print finishes across the wider range.
3.1 Made-to-order production
The majority of our products are made-to-order. This means production begins after you place your order and is dispatched from our nearest production hub. As a result, lead times can range from 3 to 14 working days depending on the product and your shipping destination. Made-to-order production helps us reduce overproduction and supports more sustainable manufacturing.
3.2 Product images and descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in monitor or device display, and natural variation in fabrics or print processes. Embroidery placement, stitch density and colour matching may vary slightly between batches as part of the handmade production process. These minor variations are not defects.
3.3 Product availability
Listed products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you have ordered, we will contact you to offer a substitute or refund.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
All prices are shown in your local currency where supported and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Shipping fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you complete your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
4.2 Payment
We accept payment through the secure payment methods listed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna and others. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers, and Wear Your Heart does not store your full payment card details.
4.3 Pricing errors
In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order placed at the incorrect price and to issue a full refund. We will contact you as soon as possible if this happens.
5. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy the products in your cart. Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. A binding contract of sale is formed at that point.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of suspected fraud, payment processing issues, or where stock or production capacity is unexpectedly unavailable. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund within 14 working days.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping to the UK and USA on every order. International shipping is available to selected markets through our global production network. Delivery times and shipping costs (where applicable) are shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal carriers, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by your country of residence.
7. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. For full eligibility, exclusions, and instructions on how to initiate a return, please see our Refund Policy.
If you are based in the UK or EU, you also have statutory consumer rights including the right to cancel certain distance sales within 14 days of receipt, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. These statutory rights apply alongside our 30-day returns window. Note that customised, personalised or made-to-order items may be exempt from the statutory cancellation right — see our Refund Policy for details.
8. Music Downloads and Digital Products
The Wear Your Heart store also offers digital music downloads from Yemi Alafifuni's catalogue. By purchasing a digital download you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the audio file for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, reproduce or publicly perform the music without prior written permission.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable except where the product is genuinely faulty (e.g. corrupted file). If you experience an issue with a digital download, contact sales@wyheart.com and we will help.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including designs, logos, photography, written copy, scripture-anchored artwork, music recordings, and the Wear Your Heart brand identity — is the intellectual property of Ore Technologies Ltd, Yemi Alafifuni, or our content partners, and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on our website without our prior written permission. You may not use our brand name, logo, designs, or product photography for commercial purposes.
Scripture references quoted on our products and website are public domain or used under fair use; specific Bible translations cited are credited where applicable.
10. Reviews and User-Generated Content
If you submit a review of one of our products (via Judge.me or any other channel we operate), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish and display your review on our website, in our email communications, and on our social media channels.
You agree that your review:
- Is your honest opinion based on a real purchase or experience
- Does not contain illegal, threatening, defamatory or obscene content

- Does not contain personal data of third parties without consent
We reserve the right to moderate, edit or remove reviews that breach these standards.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to anyone breaching these terms.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using our website you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available". While we take every care to provide accurate product descriptions, prices and information, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under UK or EU law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ore Technologies Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages

- Damages exceeding the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
Nothing in this section limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ore Technologies Ltd, Wear Your Heart, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website, or your infringement of any third party rights.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity. Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities that accrued before termination.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of our website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where your local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, our products, or relevant law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were most recently revised.
